Air Canada and IEG collaborated to deliver the Air Canada Lounge Access Information Management System (ACLAIMS). This system takes a radical, new approach to airline customer tracking, possible by consolidating isolated airport lounges into a focused group with improved communication and information sharing. IEG is promoting the system as an Access Information Management System (AIMS).
IEG's involvement in the travel industry began in 1991 with the development of the AEROPLAN Direct Marketing system for Air Canada. We have since been instrumental in adapting the AEROPLAN system for Air France and Ansett Australia. Our industry expertise in this vertical market awards IEG with a strong knowledge base in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). For IEG, the AIMS system is the first in a series of solutions in the works to enhance Customer Relationship Management. |

C.O.P.S. is IEG's imaging expertise at work, targeting Police Organizations around the world for Road Safety Management solutions. It is used in Photo Radar and Red-Light traffic monitoring and enforcement.
A.I.M.S. and Pegasus Plus are IEG's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions aimed primarily at the travel industry. These products consolidate isolated lounge facilities into a focused group by improving information sharing. The systems update the Customer's own legacy database with real time data, making it more vibrant and effective. An added aspect of A.I.M.S. is its ability to handle the complete management of the lounges, from staff designation to inventory control and reorder.
Dir-E-Access is IEG's Customer-Focused Solution for providing organizations with a professional presentation to their offices for visitors and guests. It connects Clients and Guests visiting your office facilities to your personnel. The system provides complete Visitor access to individuals working on the premises, with minimal system intervention and in a professional setting. This high-tech Virtual Receptionist system eliminates the need for a paper-listing directory stapled to walls.
IEG has salespeople covering North America and parts of Europe. IEG is looking for channel providers, partners, and organizations able to offer local content. Our robust and effective solutions can bring value to Client organizations. We are looking for channel partners to complement our efforts.
IEG offers attractive margins to potential partners, as well as training and integration support. We offer telephone and Web support, and will soon introduce a reseller section to our Web site for end-user license contracts, presentations, demos, marketing material, etc.
