MONTREAL, QC (CANADA) August 31, 1999 -- Leading I.T. consulting firm Information Engineering Group (IEG) Inc. today announced the launch of a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business solution, designed to help clients significantly improve both revenue and profit performance by creating a more customer-oriented focus throughout their organizations. Access Information Management System (AIMS) solution initially targets airline companies to track customer’s stopover at airport lounge facilities and links the information to their own Customer Loyalty database. AIMS enables a radical new approach to airline customer tracking, consolidating isolated airport lounges into a focused group with improved communication and information sharing.

It increases information accuracy, reduces manual handling and effort, eliminates data errors to legacy systems, improves communication with agents in airport lounges around the world, and elevates the customer’s perception of the quality and efficiency of the service provided to them.
