Information Packages
Thursday April 15, 2004

Dear Airline Professional,

I want to personally welcome you to this series of Information Packages for the airline industry.

As a key contributor to the profitability of your company, you are aware of the role Passenger Lounges play in keeping your customers loyal. The service you offer your customers is valuable to them, yet very expensive to provide as you well know.

Considering the valuable service you provide, do you know the passengers by name, how often they visit, how long they stay and who are their guests? Do you have concerns about misuse of the facility? Do you wish you could produce a verifiable invoice to your partners on the first day of the month?

If any of this sounds familiar, I invite you to read the Information Packages we have prepared.

Our company, Information Engineering Group (IEG), has been working with airlines around the world to create technologies that help them manage customer lounges more effectively. Just as importantly, our solutions can improve the quality of the services even further whilst strengthening the loyalty of your customers to your airline. Reduced costs and improved service, a very attractive combination, wouldn’t you agree?

There are many business improvements that we have achieved successfully in customer lounges with other airlines. You may be interested in taking a look at what IEG’s technologies will do for your airline.

We have prepared an Information Package on each business improvement, which we’ll be sending to you each month. Here are some of the features that we’re most excited about.

There’s a quick form at the very end where you can select the order you wish to receive subsequent Information Packages from us. You can also call me personally at any time to find out more about IEG’s technologies.

Please make a note in your agenda that we’ll be at the IATA Info Management Conference 2004 in Athens, Greece. Come by the IEG stand and say hello!

Sincerely,
